Great location, and my room had a nice Canal St. view, but some issues made my stay frustrating. The front desk said the pool and business center were fine, but the computer never worked despite multiple tries, and the pool, though scenic, was freezing—wish they had warned me. The fitness room was well laid out, but the rower’s seat was loose, and when I pulled the cord, it gave way, and I fell and hurt myself. Disappointed with these problems
